We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date.

We don't provide standalone logo designs because we believe a logo is just one component of a comprehensive brand identity. To ensure success for your business, we offer a custom brand identity service, which includes a logo suite, typography suite, color palette, and brand guide. All of these elements are supported by a tailored brand strategy designed specifically for you.

Sure thing! Just note in your inquiry form what you’re looking for and we can come up with a package tailored to your needs. Keep in mind though that for our branding packages, we don’t do a la carte logos, color palettes, etc and our minimum deliverables are in the Brand Design Package.

We'll get to know your business's needs on our design consultation call, and recommend the platform we feel will be the best fit for you.
While we can design in Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, but we use WIX for most client sites. We love WIX because it offers the most creative control (we can make something beautifully unique to you) and ease of use for our clients (seriously, all of our clients are able to edit and update their own sites once we're done). WIX also allows us to design your site for desktop and mobile, so your site looks great on all screens.

Yes! We have a few options, but we always work with our clients to find the best solution for their needs. Some payment plans we offer:
Half/Half → 50% Deposit + 50% At the End
Standard → 30% Deposit + 35% Midway + 35% At the End
4 Months → 25% each month for 4 months; Subject to 6% fee
